It was ok to buy a guitar there, but when it came to having my other guitar fixed, it was ignored to the point I had to go to Brantford and have it fixed at a different place. It's been around 8 months and I still haven't heard a word from them. So, they can sell you something, they just don't have any service beyond that. Just unprofessional

Went to see what they offer. A good array of instruments as well as lessons given locally. They also do repairs.

I recently made a purchase via their online shop (I live in Montreal). I dont typically buy guitars "sight unseen", but after speaking to Charles and his team I felt confident enough to move ahead. Im so glad that I did! The guitar is fantastic and was just as described. It was also shipped quickly and really well packed. Im so happy I found Erie Music.
