Tokai RG 40-12 12 string electric from 2000.
This is an extremely hard guitar to find and even harder to find in this good of condition! It’s in excellent shape with only a few very minor blemishes and marks – see photos.
Tokai is best known for their very accurate and faithful recreations of many big name guitars and models. In fact, they were so good at building these guitar copies that a number of the actual big brands got them to stop using various methods.
What we offer here is a very well made 12 string electric patterned after the famous Rickenbacker 355.
Made in Korea, this set neck (not bolt on, like many others) 12 string looks and sounds amazing! It’s got all the appeal of the original Ric, but at a fraction of the price.
Frets, neck and electronics are all like new, the pickups sound great and the classic tone of early Beatles, Byrds, Petty or REM just ooze out of this beauty.
Plus, the original Tokai case (a rare find, in itself) is included!
