Here’s a bit of a rare one!

An Ampeg Dan Armstrong ADAG1 guitar from 1998.

A re-issue of the original Armstrong guitars from the late 60s-early 70’s, the ADAB1 (bass) and ADAG1 (guitar) instruments were only produced from 1998-2001. A series of smoked acrylic bodied instruments were also made with the model names ADAB2 and ADAG2.

This guitar offered here is in great condition.

The frets show some playwear but still have lots of life. The fretboard is in excellent shape.

It plays and sounds as it should.

A washer has been placed around the input jack where the pickguard material has broken. It looks good and is stable but maybe a bit more reinforcement could be used  in the future.

The original case and extra pickup is included.

These re-issue Ampegs were made in Matsumoto, Japan by FujiGen-Gakki.

A collectable, rare and really cool guitar. Pick this one up and enjoy it as it continues to gain in value!
