Paul Reed Smith – PRS SE Torero
In 2010 Paul Reed Smith decided to jump into the ‘metal’ guitar market with the neck-through body, Floyd Rose and EMG equipped SE Torero.
And PRS did it right with a neck heel that smoothly blends into the body, a deeper, lower cutaway giving easier and smoother accessibility to the upper frets and pickups that provide power, clarity, and definition.
These features all contribute to the Torero’s notable sustain, and the bound ebony fretboard with jumbo frets and no inlays paired with a mahogany body and flame-maple veneer give this guitar a very distinct look.
While maybe not the best selling model, it lasted five years and is actually a very good playing and excellent sounding ax!
This Torero is in very good condition with only a few minor dings on the back which I’ve tried to picture and typical very fine playing scratches on the top which may be able to buffed out if desired.
Everything functions and sounds as it should.
The original PRS gigbag is included.
These Toreros are getting harder to find and being recognized for the great guitars they are!
