In 1975, a new musical instrument shop called Electric Sound Products opened in Tokyo, Japan. In the back of the store was a small area for making custom replacement parts for guitars and basses. Today, ESP’s Custom Shop, Original Series, E-II, Signature and LTD brands make guitars, basses, and cases for every style of music, and are available in more than 100 countries.
