Shipping & Returns

We ship your items from our address in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada. This process generally takes up to 3 business days, but we work hard to get your items out as soon as possible. We ship all orders as soon as possible. We will make sure to email or call you when there are back orders and further delays. To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, orders may be held for verification, this may cause a slight delay in shipping products to you. If your credit card billing address does not match the requested ship-to address we will be required to contact you for authorization before your order is processed and released for shipping.

Orders are shipped complete, we will hold all items until we are able to ship entire order at one time.

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Extra insurance against shipping damage or loss is available. It is available for a surcharge of 3.25% of the equipments value.


All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your purchase, we must be contacted and we will arrange to pick up the package. The freight charge for both ways will be deducted from your refund on top of the restocking fee.

Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted.

No returns on special orders/non-stocks, software, books, cd’s, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks.

Erie Music does not give cash refunds if you paid by Visa or Mastercard you will be refunded by a credit to your card (processed within 7 business days). Other Authorized returns will be at your choice, credited on Account, Exchanged.
